How is my quotation request handled?
Use the “Get a quote from an authorised dealer” link on the product page or Find a Dealer. Your request reaches HIMS head office, and the authorised dealer best suited to your needs contacts you.
What are your business hours?
We respond to phone, WhatsApp and email enquiries on weekdays, 09:00–18:00. Visits to our Yalova showroom are by appointment during the same hours.

Who should I contact for an installation survey?
The authorised HIMS dealer providing this service in your area carries out the survey and installation. Submit your request to HIMS head office through the Installation Survey page; it will be forwarded to the relevant authorised dealer.
Who should I contact about an OEM project?
Submit your OEM, private-label or distributorship enquiry through our head office contact page. Include your target market, the product family you are interested in and your project’s main requirements to help us assess it.
How can I contact you about overseas distributorship?
You can send your distributorship application from outside Turkey via our contact page; state your country, company and target market. Applications are reviewed by the HIMS head office team.
