Warranty Terms
All HIMS-branded charging products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty from the invoice date.
Warranty Period
AC and DC charging stations and portable chargers are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Charging cables and accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of the product invoice.
Warranty Coverage
Manufacturing defects caused by material or workmanship are covered under warranty.
Faults covered by the warranty are repaired free of charge or the product is replaced by an authorised HIMS technical service.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
Damage caused by use contrary to the user manual, incorrect installation, unauthorised intervention, physical impact, lightning, overvoltage or natural disasters is excluded from the warranty.
The warranty becomes void if the serial number on the product becomes illegible or is removed.
